Firstly we would have a face to face meeting. I find it strange that nearly every other wedding vendor has a meeting with the bride and groom and yet the entertainment industry, generally, don't seem to bother. In fact many DJ's really do just turn up an hour before your reception,  play a track and hope for the best.
 

At our event meeting we can discuss what you desire at your wedding reception. Ideas you may have read about or even seen and we can then discuss how to make your entertainment stand out from the crowd. No longer do clients need to be afraid of an earlier wedding as we have the entertainment you need to fill any unforeseen gaps.

 

We would then discuss what's available to you. With our Ultimate package our all are services are available to you with no extra costs until midnight. These often include:

 

• Interactive website - Planning tools for you, Facebook link for guests to make online requests.

• Early setup of equipment so as not to impede on your day.

• Taking pictures at your ceremony for playback on our video screens later.

• Venue uplighting, colour coordinating the venue to your theme using lighting.

• Photo booth hire including guest book, green screen technology and unlimited prints (3 hours)

• Big screen Wii or X-Box

• Digital remote request station.

• Gameshow system

• Guest Interaction. - This is our specialty and would be discussed at your meeting. Guests will hopefully be aware of their common interest in the   Bride & Groom but man not necessarily know each other. The key to a successful wedding is to make sure we get the guests relaxed and         interacting as soon as possible. The more fun they have the more they will remember your reception for the right reasons. The list of ideas is too long to discuss here and some which have worked well at other events may not suit your event which is why the meeting is again of importance.

• Karaoke - if you would like part of the evening to include this that's fine with the ultimate there are no additional costs

• Dancefloor camera - to capture those unique dance floor experiences and blow them up to the big screen.

• As well as the usual items such as Microphones for speeches and background music.
