Formerly Cakes by Elizabeth, the business was born in 2008 after many years of decorating cakes as a hobby and studying sugarcraft and confectionary. I am proud to have been able to supply and deliver beautiful and unique hand crafted wedding cakes and other celebration cakes, to many beautiful venues in Norfolk and Suffolk.
I specialise in sugar flowers and can reproduce most widely used wedding flowers in sugar with utmost realism. Unparalleled in the area, they are so realistic that you will feel inclined to lean over to smell them!
Cakes by Elizabeth changed its name to Eligante after I completed a Level 3, BTEC National Certificate in Floristry in 2010, with a double distinction. My ethos of producing cakes made with the finest ingredients and finished with meticulous attention to detail coupled with providing a warm and professional customer service continues. Now, however, I am delighted to be able to provide you with the option of having beautiful, floral designs to complement your cake and/or theme.
